Fertility isn’t instant. It takes 12 months to make a baby.
Your health influences egg quality in the months leading up to ovulation. Eggs are especially sensitive to nutrient levels during the 71 days before ovulation, meaning the quality of an egg reflects your nutrient status and metabolic health in the previous three to eight months.
Sperm health follows a similar timeline. Sperm take around 90 days to fully develop, with 72 days for growth in the testicles and 18 days to reach the ejaculatory system. As with egg health, sperm quality is shaped by diet, lifestyle, and overall health.
This isn’t about quick fixes. Hormones take time to rebalance. Deficiencies need to be corrected. And your body needs the right environment to thrive.
My support is designed to give you that time and the structure to make it count.
Using my proven framework, we’ll work together to uncover what your body truly needs, make meaningful, sustainable changes, and create a plan that will support your unique fertility goals, whether you’re preparing to conceive naturally or with medical assistance.
We need a minimum of three months prior to TTC for resolving underlying health issues, addressing nutritional deficiencies, and optimising egg and sperm health
